We provide support to high-achievers to manage better their stress levels by empowering themselves and learning tools & techniques to live the life they desire. We used to live life at 200km/h, always doing more, more, more, achieving a level and going for the next month, being on the corporate ladder.. Until our bodies told us to STOP. It was too late. We wished we did something earlier to avoid the long recovery and to be free from the burnout repetitive cycle… What saved us? A long journey of personal growth.. cumulated over 30 years.. All of that could be summarised in PAUSE 2 THRIVE. Allowing yourself to pause, to breathe, to recenter yourself, and then thrive. We offer that mini-pause on a monthly basis to sensibilise more people to the benefits of it, and to learn tools and techniques to implement to manage their stress levels by themselves.
