Paxymer - the green flame retardant - a technology developed for polyolefin plastics free from persistent, toxic and carcinogenic substances. The novel, patented system is developed by Swaraj Paul to solve the main issues with flame retardants:
- low environmental footprint. Elimination of carcinogenic and persistent components.
- excellent mechanical and processing properties. Due to excellent compatibility with the base material the impact on mechanical and processing properties of the system is minimal.

The Paxymer system fulfils normal fire testing standards for the plastics market. The company is focused on the European and American markets in a wide number of applications within electrical and electronics, transportation and building and construction markets. The product caters to both converters and compounders.
Paxymer AB has a full lab facility as well as its own production facility and aims to be the number one green flame retardant solution for polyolefin plastics in the world.
