Auparavant, j'ai été le CEO de Smile&Pay devenu sous ma direction le 1er Payment Facilitator français. Centré sur la stratégie marketing, produit et commercial, j'ai mené sa phase de scaling passant en 4 ans de 10 à 55 collaborateurs, de 100 nouveaux clients / mois à 1 300, pour atteindre 500M€ de transactions traitées et 4M€ de CA en 2022.

➡ CEO par interim | Angelaw 321 Founded (Legaltech, 3 mois) : étude de marché, diagnostic produit, pitch deck et business plan, roadshow de levée de fonds, prospection clients, bilan et recommandations.
➡ Entrepreneur en Résidence | La Fabrique by CA (Fintech, 4 mois) : Idéation de nouvelles activités répondant aux besoins du Groupe. Etude de marché, conception, business plan, roadmap produit, préparation des instances décisionnaires.
➡ Venture Partner | Advent International (Fintech, 2 mois) : étude d'opportunité de rachat d'une nouvelle fintech. étude de marché, analyse des actifs, plan de migration, recommandations.
