Denny is an ACSM certified personal trainer and also a yoga teacher, so he approaches the lifting of weights different than most other trainers out there. He goes the holistic approach - total understanding of the body, the mind and it’s complexities. He is an inspirational teacher on topics of empowerment, happiness, and the chaotic tendencies of mind.
The mind is a complicated event, isn’t it? It’s always telling us what to do, when, how much and so forth, even if we don’t want it to. It’s highly opinionated, judgmental, unforgiving, a bit relentless and quite restless, yet we have to live with it. Understanding the concepts of mind, the whys and hows, allows us a bit of freedom from it’s endless cycle of babble. When we get free of it, we find a sense of peace. When we find this peace within us, we then share it with all those who we meet along our life’s journey.
