Our journey began in 2012 in the world of elite competitive sports, harnessing the principles of Performance Psychology when working with professional Athletes, supporting them to develop the psychological skills, strategies and mindsets required to perform at an elite level. Since then, we’ve been applying these same high-performance principles within organisational contexts, in the talent, performance, leadership development and coaching space within industry leading global organisations.
