Founders Marcus and Joe met playing youth football back in 2001 and the seeds for Pear Properties were sown 20 years later in a coffee shop. Bringing together expertise in every slice of the property market, from development and construction to sales and lettings, Pear Properties takes the stress out of buying, selling, and renting.
Pear HQ is in Lancing, West Sussex, and we work across Worthing, Shoreham, Southwick and the surrounding areas. Our in-depth local knowledge comes from growing up, living and working here on the Sussex coast.
