Penntext is a family-owned business based in southeastern Pennsylvania that specializes in buying and selling used textbooks at discounted prices nationwide, online, and locally in our off-campus bookstores.
In 1991, Dan Lieberman started the company inside his college dorm room at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He was frustrated with outrageous textbooks prices and the poor customer service that he received from the on-campus bookstore. Dan strongly believed students deserved more options and student centric service! We remain committed to helping students lower their expenses on textbooks by offering discounted textbooks online, more cash for books during buyback, and trustworthy service.
