Persönlichkeitstests mögen sich bewusst oder unbewusst manipulieren lassen, Körpersprache und Bewegungsprofile nicht. Anhand ihrer Auswertung und des in der Schweiz entwickelten Action Types® Ansatzes führen wir anschließend unser Coaching durch: Schon das bloße Wissen des eigenen Profils kann helfen, sich bewusster mit sich selbst auseinandersetzen. Im Coaching bauen wir genau darauf auf, um den eigenen Arbeits- und Führungsstil weiterzuentwickeln.
Spitzensportler können mit dem ActionType-Ansatz eine gesunde Form der Höchstleistung erreichen, die im Einklang mit ihrem Selbst steht. Und genau so kann auch jeder und jede Einzelne mit unserem Profiling neue Level der Persönlichkeitsentfaltung erreichen.
Und was im Einzelcoaching funktioniert, funktioniert auch im Team: Dann helfen die Einzelprofile das gruppendynamische Zusammenspiel von Kognition, Emotion und Motorik besser zu nutzen – und legen zudem die kognitive Diversität von Unternehmen frei.
