In addition to these two servers all web service tests are executed via one or more of our five satellite probes which again are fully redundant and hosted in world class data centres in the UK, Europe and the USA. PERISCOPE IT® gives you peace of mind by providing remote, third party monitoring of a variety of web services and notifying you immediately if any of your services fail. Website Monitoring - will visit your domain or pages on your website at pre-defined intervals and check for the presence of key elements that will indicate whether your site is experiencing problems. Transaction Monitoring - will monitor a predefined sequence of steps involved in completing a transaction on your website, such as completing a form or making a purchase. Email Monitoring - will contact your SMTP and POP3 email servers (or ISP) at pre-defined intervals and request feedback that will indicate whether your email server is experiencing problems. FTP Monitoring - will contact your FTP server at pre-defined intervals and request feedback that will indicate whether your FTP server is experiencing problems
