PERSEO Biotechnology S.L. specializes in developing industrial processes to valorize the organic and cellulosic fractions of waste and by-products into high-value biobased products, such as advanced bioethanol, bioproducts, and bioenergy. This is achieved through proprietary technology and in-house expertise. With over 17 years of experience in scaling projects, since 2020 we also count REPSOL among our shareholders to further drive valorization projects.
Our technology is rooted in industrial circular economy principles, developing sustainable projects aimed at decarbonizing industrial processes and reducing the carbon footprint.
We have participated in and developed over 20 innovation projects and are currently focused on applied developments for waste valorization in the agri-food industry. For this, we rely on our own laboratories and a semi-industrial facility located in L'Alcudia, Valencia.
