De individuele ambulante behandeling vanuit WLZ en GZSP is gericht op het verminderen en herstellen van gedragsmatige en psychische klachten en problemen. Het doel van de behandeling is versterken van het persoonlijk functioneren en vergroten van de zelfstandigheid. We werken aan het aanleren van nieuwe vaardigheden waardoor de cliënt zijn situatie de baas wordt en meer regie en zelfstandigheid bereikt.
Perspectief GZ zoekt naar de juiste hulp voor de cliënt. We werken met een multidisciplinair team. Per hulpvraag leveren we maatwerk. We onderzoeken wat de juiste hulp is en welke expertise hiervoor nodig is. Verschillende behandelvormen worden op maat toegepast. Binnen het multidisciplinair behandelteam zijn o.a. werkzaam een Arts VG, consult psychiater, GZ-psychologen, psychologen, orthopedagogen, vak-therapeuten, maatschappelijk werkers etc..

Psycho-educatie en preventie
(Ernstige) gedragsproblematiek, voortkomend uit (L)VB

Relatie en gezinsproblemen (o.a. multiproblem gezinnen)
Emotie- en agressie regulatie
