Perspectief in Balans biedt ambulante begeleiding aan iedereen vanaf 16 jaar met psychische/psychiatrische problemen, sociaal-emotionele problematiek, (ernstige) gedragsproblemen en/of een licht verstandelijke beperking in de regio Twente. Wij bieden ook begeleiding in de WLZ via een PGB in de regio Twente en Achterhoek.
In het bijzonder aan jongeren en jongvolwassenen in de overgang van 18- naar 18+. Gedacht kan worden aan begeleiding op het gebied van o.a. ADHD, autisme, persoonlijkheidsstoornissen, trauma, verslaving en problemen in het gezin.
Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in de overgang 18-/18+, complexe casussen en multiproblematiek.
Samen met de cliënt gaan wij aan het werk om zijn of haar doelen te behalen om de juiste balans en plezier in het leven (terug) te vinden. Humor en respect vinden wij hierin erg belangrijk.
