What is required to develop the railway industry in Peru and Latin America?
One of the factors is having specialized professionals; also it is necessary to create a flow of opinions, an initiative that seeks to encourage the incorporation of more engineers and technicians to the railway family. Considering that, "Perú sobre Rieles (PERIELES) - Peru on Rails" was born, a non-profit civil association run entirely by volunteers.
Our goal is to promote the creation of railway human capital in Peru and encourage the inclusion of more engineers and technicians into the railway family to continue the development of this kind of projects. Perú sobre Rieles (PERIELES) is aimed at developing projects in 4 pillars of success: Academy Management, Community Management, Companies Management and Government Management. These are the areas of development that will help us meet this year's goals.

¿Qué se requiere para desarrollar la industria ferroviaria en el Perú y Latinoamérica?
Uno de los factores es contar con profesionales especializados, es necesario crear un flujo de opiniones, una iniciativa que busque incentivar la incorporación de más ingenieros y técnicos a la familia ferroviaria. Bajo este concepto nace "Perú sobre Rieles (PERIELES)", una asociación civil sin fines de lucro y dirigida íntegramente por voluntarios.
Nuestro objetivo, fomentar la creación del capital humano ferroviario en el Perú e incentivar la inclusión de más ingenieros y técnicos a la familia ferroviaria para dar continuidad al desarrollo de este tipo de proyectos. Perú sobre Rieles (PERIELES) se orienta a desarrollar proyectos en 4 pilares de éxito: Gerencia de Academia, Gerencia de Comunidad, Gerencia de Empresa y Gerencia de Gobierno. Estas son las áreas de desarrollo que nos ayudarán a cumplir los objetivos de este año.
