Mission: To help pet owners to keep their favourites happy and healthy by providing them balanced and wholesome raw food.
A typical dry food for pets is unhealthy! There are too many carbs and too few animal proteins. If a pet eats this food for a long time, its immunity against diseases will decrease. Scientific studies show that the dry food eating shortens the life span of dogs up to 3 years.
In fact, the most appropriate food for pets is balanced raw meat food, because pets are evolutionarily meat eaters! We are trying to prepare as healthy raw food for pets as possible.
Well-being of pets has always been important to me. I have been involved in this subject the last 7 years. Now I have gradually come to acknowledge that the cornerstone of pets’ welfare is the proper nutrition.
Usually the pet owners care about their pets very much. Unfortunately, they are confused and they feed to their pets unhealthy dry foods. We wish to eradicate false understandings and provide customers a convenient opportunity to purchase a healthy balanced raw food.
A preparation of raw food is not a particular rocket science. Preparing of market for healthy food is a bit more difficult, but do not provide us a competitive advantage. The only way to protect market share would be to create a phone or web application as a marketing and a sales channel. This part of the business could be protect by the law of IP .
Our target market is pet owners who care about their pet's health. The primary customers will be owners of purebred animals whose identity is closely linked to their pets. The raw pet food market was 92 million US $ in 2012 in North America. At the same time, in the last few years, raw food sales in the US have doubled. At first we will sell raw food through phone and the web application to the purebred pet owners. Then we will carry out wholesale selling to the pet shops and grocery stores.
