PRIMARY PURPOSE:
~ To act as management and technical consultants to persons, corporations, partnerships and associations engaged in commerce, industry and other enterprises, direct or supervise the management and operation of such enterprises, to conduct feasibility and other studies and carry through all stages of development of commercial, industrial and other productive enterprises, ventures and projects in the Philippines and elsewhere (International connections with Europe, America, Australia), to provide for business industry, government and other entities technical, management, counseling and actuarial services.
Our concentration is knowledge education -- the learning enhancement of professionals in the Philippine Securities Market, as well as company owners, board members and other stakeholders. Core knowledge of professionals is built along the latest regulatory developments, business practices, and securities investment products. Professional specialization, i.e. law, accounting, auditing, finance, economics, is enhanced with new policy approaches that respond to the efficiency and efficacy of the securities and financial markets as these continue evolving along a global environment, which is made more seamless by the use of information/communication technology that creates and moves new ways of doing business.
