Phileo Group is an independent, owner-operated wealth management company, multi family office and real estate boutique.
We are based in Switzerland, Germany and Eastern Europe with offices in Freienbach (CH) and Essen (DE).
We manage financial investment portfolios “for you” or “together with you” based on independent opinion and long-term practical experience.
In addition to classic wealth management, we also offer various family office solutions at the customer’s request. Family office solutions range from consolidated wealth planning (combining various portfolios from different banks) to life insurance advice or the coordination of tax and / or legal advice.
For over 10 years the Phileo Group has been investing in residential real estate portfolios in Germany. In addition we build German Real Estate Portfolios also for Overseas High Net Worth Investors & Family Offices. We manage and own currently a portfolio of over 500 properties in Germany.
Since years we build up multi-million euros real estate portfolios for our clients which produce stable monthly positive cashflow incomes. Our investors are benefiting from the lowest property prices in the market, the best interest rates and a professional management team within the whole real estate investment process.
We have extensive market knowledge, significant experience and a network of excellent business partnerships cultivated and developed over the years.
Phileo Group is a member of the Swiss Union for Quality Management of Financial Services (VQF) and the Industry Organisation of Independent Asset Managers (BOVV). Phileo Group therefore complies with clearly defined rules of ethical conduct and professional standards.
