I am an experienced counsellor, psychotherapist, mentor, trainer and author with over 30 years experience, specialising in helping individuals and couples navigate life's toughest challenges, I offer a safe and supportive space for healing and transformation.
Since the first pandemic lockdown, many have questioned their lives or felt overwhelmed. This inspired me to explore the depths of trauma, leading to the creation of my book, 20 Ways to Break Free from Trauma, launched on 21 November 2024, published by Jessica Kingsley.

On my YouTube channel Break Free From Trauma, I share 2-minute videos focused on the twenty chapters from my book, each offering and practical and hopeful steps towards growth and resilience. I hope these will help someone with trauma or someone who supports a traumatised person break free and build a stronger, more resilient self.
