The firm was founded by Zahi Mimassi in 2010 taking Beirut, Lebanon as its headquarters. In 2011, a second office was established in Muscat, Oman followed by a third office in Dubai, U.A.E. in 2016. Phoenix’s strong organic growth has continued by establishing a fourth office in Cairo, Egypt in 2019, and a fifth office in Riyadh, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2022
