Out Of Stock Issues - You could have the best product in the world, but if it’s not on the shelves then it can’t be bought! A field merchandising campaign allows out-of-stock issues to be pinpointed and eradicated.
Point Of Sale Implementation - The upgrading of existing POS combinations. This can include increasing the number of facings, ensuring till and window display and POS placement (e.g. posters, banners, floor media, door stickers, wobblers, barkers).
Merchandise To Planogram - Our merchandising services include ensuring planograms agreed between the Brand and National accounts are being adhered to at store level.
