Seit 2012 veranstaltet die Plan de Saxe GmbH jährlich den Augustusmarkt, Dresdens zweitgrößten Weihnachtsmarkt, am berühmten Goldenen Reiter. Ein Jahr später folgte der Canalettomarkt, ein Weihnachtsmarkt in der barocken Altstadt von Pirna in der Sächsischen Schweiz. Weitere Projekte sind bereits in Planung. Auch darüber hinaus verfügen die Macher beider Märkte über große Weihnachtskompetenz: 20 Jahre lang organisierten sie das Dresdner Stollenfest und erfanden das Dresdner Stollenmädchen. Auch die Neugestaltung des weltweit bekannten Dresdner Striezelmarktes stammt aus ihrer Feder und wurde mit dem Dresdner Tourismuspreis 2010 ausgezeichnet. Seit 2024 richtet die Plan de Saxe GmbH das Dresdner Winterfest inmitten der Stadt Dresden, auf dem Altmarkt, aus.
