We are an influencer business management company elevating Latine and POC narratives and representation in the Creator Economy. We work with Latine & BIPOC Content Creators and Influencers to monetize their platforms and impact! While we lend a hand with pitching, our primary focus lies in nurturing the content creator's unique brand identity and growth strategy, facilitating the production of high quality and converting content that draws in more inbound offers. Handling these offers from negotiation to fruition, we provide content creators with the freedom to focus on what they do best: bringing new content to life. Founded in 2023 by Aleja Jimenez, a Queer Chicana Creator based and raised in Riverside, CA. Eclectix was born out of pure need and desire for authentic representation. As a multi- disciplinary creative entrepreneur, specializing in public relations and digital marketing with 10+ years of business management, Aleja continuously came across brands and talent who expressed a need for culturally informed community- building strategies and visual storytelling. However, Aleja realized that despite Latines being the fastest growing demographic in business and creator industries, with a whopping 3.4 trillion in purchasing power, they were among the most underpaid in the creator economy.
