This enables you to build up a picture of your expected budgetary requirement moving forward across your building portfolio. For example, For the cost of a nationwide gutter clean, you also get a complete and priced engineering report of your roofing requirements on that roof for the next 3 years including full data management and reporting. PPM will even manage that data and create reports for you that show where your existing leaks are, what is expected to leak soon and what the future cost may look like. Our Roofing business covers all aspects of commercial roofing with our focus on maintaining and extending the life of a buildings roof:
