We are a specialist team of property developers, planning consultants, chartered surveyors and land managers. Some of our team members have over 35 years experience in the property industry.
What we do
We work with landowners to optimise the value of their land at no cost or risk to them. We enter
into commercial agreements with landowners and fund planning applications for residential or
commercial use. We will also joint venture with landowners and or experienced contractors to develop out the projects. We specialise in identifying land nationwide with:
▪ No planning.
▪ Lapsed planning.
▪ Rejected planning permission.
▪ Sites with planning permission that can be re-purposed for co-living use such as student
accommodation, offices, etc.
