AI biedt vele kansen, ook binnen de overheid. Het is belangrijk dat we kennis delen en nieuwe technologieën zoals (generatieve) AI inzetten om burgers en bedrijven beter te helpen. Alleen door samen te werken en te experimenteren kunnen we de verantwoorde inzet van AI versnellen.
Daarom is er het Platform AI & Overheid. Dit is het centrale punt waar we succesvolle en kansrijke AI-initiatieven binnen de overheid stimuleren en opschalen. Met een scherp oog voor de verantwoorde inzet van AI. Dat doen we door partijen en initiatieven bij elkaar te brengen die zich richten op AI-toepassingen bij de overheid. We experimenteren en leren, waarbij er ruimte is voor co-creatie. Daarnaast is het doel het AI-kennisniveau bij de overheid te versterken en te kijken hoe de inzet van AI kan bijdragen aan het vergroten van de effectiviteit en het werkplezier van ambtenaren.
