PLMD Capital – provides a bespoke investment opportunity in the residential real estate sector for investors with an appetite for value added properties in the UK’s highest house price growth locations.
We’re always on the lookout for undervalued real estate and land with the potential to become a high value development and provide a solid return on investment. Once we successfully acquire land or property our project management team is responsible for ensuring the project goes smoothly, is completed on time and within budget.
