PLP Solutions train highly empathetic, trauma-specialist counsellors, who have a passion for creating change… through addiction and mental health support services that causes rapid recovery/reduction of substance use and significant improvements in anxiety, stress and mental well-being. Our services are available Australia wide, and are delivered via Telehealth, and in some cases, phone. PLP counsellors use PLP (Passionate Life Program) in either 6 or 12 week model, one hour per week. The 12 week version is more intense, and is recommended for job agency clients with PTSD or Addiction issues, as there is more opportunity for trauma work. The success of PLP is due to the hand picked counsellors who are all registered with ACA or PACFA, highly qualified to meet the needs of the Workforce contract, as well as the PLP. In this PLP program, clients can expect to learn about their addiction, or mental health, discover problematic subconscious programs, and how to change them, and gain simplified strategies for rapid change. The only pre-requisite is that a client wants change. Many of clients have recovered from addictions, such as methamphetamines, marijuana, gaming, and more. We have supported x heroin users into normal drug free / working life. PLP counsellors have worked extensively with clients who previously had agoraphobia or social phobia. Many clients have worked through depression, and find they have far less symptoms of anxiety, and greatly reduced, or no more, panic attacks. These types is significant changes usually result in the client working. Rapidly changing a client’s default nervous system responses can really only happen when the client has trauma release. Most of our clients opt for these sessions within the 12 session model, and at times, this can be achieved in the 6 session model. Our PLP team are trained and supervised in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) and our Somatic Therapy. Changing clients; That’s what we do:)
