Contractual milestones - overall timeline of the project
All commercial aspects such as process for approval and invoicing for each stage, negotiating and implementing Variation orders with the client and the sub-consultants, financial coordination of the project and the sub-consultants.
Our team will be monitoring progress, will be leading weekly and monthly reporting through quality assurance processes and collaboration between the design team, the developer the authority submissions and the contractor.
