THE SCIENCE:
Nuclei of an element shows characteristic NMR spectra in presence of Earth’s magnetic field. POISK Group has developed the Patented technology to identify the presence of a particular element in Earth’s subsurface by exploiting the NMR spectra phenomenon of elements recorded over an multi-spectral analog satellite imagery. By identifying the rare earth elements present in the hydrocarbon molecules, we can identify the presence of hydrocarbon molecules in the Earth’s subsurface. The areal extent of the hydrocarbon deposits and tectonic faults, identified using POISK equipment, can be plotted over a digital map.
POINTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
-Cost-effective and Time-effective technology for identifying the focus area of hydrocarbons and other minerals in Offshore and Onshore.
-Unique technology exploiting the NMR phenomenon on satellite analog imagery to identify hydrocarbon acumen.
-The accuracy after Stage-1 study is about 60% - 85% and after performing the field study (Stage-2) the accuracy goes up to 95%.
-Finalizing Seismic data acquisition program is more focused and economic.
-The technology helps in identifying and validating the drilling locations.

-Vertical depth accuracy of the anomaly after Stage-1 is about100m and after Stage-2 is about 30-50m.
-The total time for the execution of RS-NMR exploration work on a survey area of 1000 sq. km. is approximately 3 months for Stage-1.
