Policap LLC is manufacturer of disposable tableware and packaging for hot and cold food and drinks made of expanded polystyrene (EPS).
We produce foam cups (100-500 ml), containers and bowls (100-500 ml), lids.
We also produce print cups and containers with logo.
Our disposable cups are convenient for coffee to go, tea to go, mulled wine (Glühwein) and all other soft drinks. Such cups can retain heat of hot drinks (without burning hands) and cool of the cold beverages for a long time.
Foam bowls and containers can be used for soups, salads and all other types of food. They are ideal for the delivery of hot meals or packing meals for take away. Foam polystyrene containers are eco-friendly and safe, they can keep temperature, taste and nutritional value of meals for a long time.
Our foam cups and containers are used in cafes, bistros, fast food networks, entertainment centers and supermarkets, offices, health care institutions, in service system on rail, sea and air transport.
We serve wholesale companies and HoReCa sector all over Europe since 2001.
Disposable tableware of EPS has unique features. If compare with plastic containers and paper cups, styrofoam cups and containers don’t burn hands if they contain hot content. Moreover, EPS packaging keeps the temperature of the beverage or food inside constant. Dinnerware and packaging of foamed polystyrene have excellent ergonomics. Our cups and styrofoam containers are lightweight, comfortable to use and strong enough.
A disposable foam cup is ecologically friendly and it is absolutely safe for human’s health. Disposable EPS cups and containers are easy to recycle. Raw materials from recycled cups and containers can be used in production process again. Our disposable polystyrene cup is unique because 95% of the foam cup is air.
