Artist-forward music supervision, talent buying & event design services. Poly Sound was born out of hard labor, late nights, & mild tinnitus. Through years of managing & booking venues, lugging bands across the country & curating event spaces, no stone has been unturned. We’ve partaken in the absurd, provocative & inspiring — from Dusty Adirondack get-downs, electronic escapades with pools for stages & fire breathing dragons, to 72-hour hair metal cover band marathons (Hairathons?). Most impressively, we’ve clocked 10,000 hours removing lime wedges & straws stomped into venue floors. Every day has been different, but through all of the melodrama, the root of everything has been simple. Artists’ best interests come first. As a prefix, poly means “many”. That’s fitting, as we work with all walks of life on projects throughout the musical multiverse & repent exclusivity. We don’t sign artists like traditional licensing agencies. Multi-year contractual force doesn’t yield a better working relationship. Instead, we work with artists’ on a case-by-case basis that works for them, giving ultimate freedom & allowing us to pull from a near-infinite library of music for your creative content. Too often, there’s a disconnect between the ‘industry’ & the individuals that fuel it (you, the artist). We’re here to try to fix that. If you’re an artist trying to navigate licensing for the first time, we’re happy to provide some insight at no cost. At the end of the day, we’re here to enjoy ourselves, even through work. We’re problem solvers and strive to bring out simplicity in the seemingly complex.
