Before starting the company, I was leading a large team of ecommerce and digital marketing specialists in London. I helped to generate many millions of pounds and euros online for some of the biggest brands, and during this time, I started to notice common trends with just about all of the eCommerce websites we worked on.
There was a group of processes and techniques, a System, that grew their revenue and I realised that I could do this over and over again as long as a website fitted a certain criteria. It was most successful with aftermarket websites, parts and accessories, but this was by far not the only sector that it worked for.
This was how our eCommerce Growth Systems were discovered because I started to map these processes, tricks and methods which made a website successful. This later grew into Poplar Tree Digital and the opportunity for our clients to replicate previous clients' success with these proven success systems.
