Dit komt omdat het vinden van de juiste persoon voor deze vacatures moeilijk is, vaak omdat voor deze vacatures alleen mensen aangenomen kunnen worden die al enige kennis hebben voor deze baan of al werkervaring nodig hebben voordat zij hier kunnen beginnen.
PortPlus biedt een oplossing.
