I spent years in the high-pressure world of broadcasting as a BBC Sport TV Producer & Director, thriving on adrenaline, chasing success, and burning myself out in the process. From the outside, I had everything, a dream career, recognition, and the kind of life that looked great on paper. But inside, I was exhausted, unfulfilled, and running on fumes. Until one day, my body forced me to stop. A panic attack at my own doorstep became my wake-up call.
That moment changed everything. I became obsessed with understanding performance, mindset, and what it really takes to thrive. I studied Neuroscience, NLP, Peak Performance Psychology, and Human Potential, and developed my own Power Shift Method, a system that delivers rapid, lasting transformation.
Today, as a Peak Performance and Rapid Results Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, and world-class communicator, I help male business leaders, entrepreneurs, and high achievers master their inner world so they can dominate their outer world.
