Seitdem wurden über 750.000 Briefe und Karten über unsere Plattform verschickt – voller Wärme, Mitgefühl und Herz. Seit 2023 sind wir offiziell als gemeinnützige Organisation anerkannt.

Post mit Herz has the mission to fight loneliness by connecting volunteer card writers with social institutions. It was founded during Covid in 2020 as a fully remote project by seven volunteers. By now more then 750.000 mails have been sent through our platform. Since 2023 we are a publicly approved non-profit organisation.
