I have 25+ years of working experience across Europe, Middle East, and the United States of America.
With over a decade of experience in the global e-commerce industry and a passion for fashion, digital innovation, and technology, I have been driving business growth, customer-centric strategies, and the ongoing evolution of digital practices.
Prior to joining PPOC Consultancy I was VP Omni Channel Operations at Chalhoub Group, and had the privilege of overseeing the end-to-end operations of multiple online platforms in the GCC.
This involved a commitment to operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability. My experience in process enhancement, logistics optimisation, digital payments, and order fulfilment improvement led to higher productivity, increased efficiencies, and elevated quality along the e-commerce value chain.
During my time as Director of E-commerce Operations and Customer Service for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger at PVH from 2014 to 2022, I oversaw significant changes for the business. These included expanding into the Russian market, extending e-commerce operations to encompass 27 European markets, transitioning to a new customer service provider, migrating our payment platform from Wirecard to Adyen, and seamlessly integrating e-commerce within the framework of advanced warehouse management systems. I also launched partner programs with Zalando and AboutYou in multiple European markets.
I have gained experience in the retail, e-commerce, telecommunications, technology, finance, health insurance, and hospitality sectors.
