Praktijksteun levert en organiseert GGZ-zorg in en rondom de huisartsenzorg. De pijlers ‘continuïteit van zorg voor de praktijk’, ‘ervaren kwaliteit van zorg voor de patiënt’ en ‘werkplezier voor de professional’ stellen we hierbij centraal.
Goede samenwerking binnen het GGZ-netwerk is noodzakelijk. Vanuit onze dienstverlening werken wij dan ook nauw samen met de POH-GGZ (Jeugd), huisartsenpraktijken, regionale huisartsenorganisaties, gemeenten en andere (zorg)professionals in het GGZ-netwerk. In diverse regio’s zijn wij actief met het mee vormgeven en optimaliseren van de regionale samenwerking. Hiernaast denken we als partner actief mee en adviseren we over de (GGZ-)zorg van vandaag en morgen.
Veel waarde hechten we aan goed werkgeverschap. Ons team met POH-GGZ (Jeugd) ondersteunen we zo optimaal mogelijk in hun werk. Dit doen we met coaching, 1-op-1 begeleiding, scholing, intervisie én oprechte aandacht voor de persoon. We weten namelijk uit ervaring dat een professional op deze manier de best passende zorg kan leveren. En dat is waar we het uiteindelijk samen voor doen!
