If you are a solo firm or on a small team, you are mindful of your budget and how much you want to collaborate with other professionals, but you also know how difficult it can be in our industry to ask for help. There are certainly other solutions (which we can recommend for you) if you want a dedicated paraplanner, client service associate, or virtual assistant. We don’t feel like we fit into any of those categories but can best describe ourselves as a fractional collaborator. We aren’t going to necessarily do all data entry for you, open accounts, move money, or wholly run your CRM, but we can help think through tricky client questions, provide a second set of eyes on your processes, help conduct research, and be a part of other integral parts of your business. We can also just be a sounding board or a coach. We can be a place to vent about your firm or frustrations with client situations.
