Functional societies need cultures of fairness and accountability within all sectors, for which the PR industry must play a positive management role.
As communicators, we must foster ethical practice, promote a good-faith balance of the public interest, and demand a strong stance against unethical retaliation by leaders, directed at those calling out misconduct. The focus of this community is to move public relations ethics forward as a fundamental organizational management priority in every sector – business, government, and non-profit. Success requires unwavering commitment across all industries.
