Dit profiel wordt gematcht met alle beschikbare kandidaten in ons bestand. Op basis van ranking komen wij tot de best passende kandidaat en deze benaderen wij voor de vacature.
Alle aangemelde medewerkers worden opgenomen in de Pro-Fits database. Men doet dat door de DNI®-test te maken, die inzicht verschaft in de eigen persoonlijkheidskenmerken, competenties en motivatie/drijfveren. De medewerker blijft eigenaar van de testresultaten.
