Pro Mediation heeft als missie "excellente" bemiddelaars en onderhandelaars op te leiden die theorie en vaardigheden combineren met hun eigen stijl. U zal de combinatie van theorie en praktijk dan ook als ideaal ervaren in onze opleidingen.

Pro Mediation is een door de Federale Bemiddelingscommissie en Orde van Vlaamse Balies erkend vormingsinstituut en biedt naast de basisopleiding alle bestaande specialisaties aan in mediation, in familiezaken, burgerlijke, handelszaken, arbeidsrelaties, sociale zaken en bestuurszaken.
Daarnaast biedt Pro Mediation ook erkende permanente vormingen en Masterclasses aan in onder meer bemiddeling in familiebedrijven, EOT, fiscaliteit en bemiddelen, de stem van het kind, onderhandelen in private en publieke bouwzaken, leadership etc..
Wij geloven dat mediation niet alleen een techniek is, maar een noodzakelijke handels-en levenswijze, op de meest alomvattende wijze, die mensen in hun leven een meerwaarde kan geven binnen een diverse samenleving. We willen onszelf zijn en “out of the box” denken zodat communicatie-conflicten met onze visie kunnen opgelost worden. Wij willen mensen doen inzien hoe via inzicht in de beleving van de ander, bemiddeling conflicten laat bedaren, wegebben of verdwijnen.
Het Pro Mediation Instituut besteedt veel aandacht aan de intake en samenstelling van de groepen. Hierbij is er veel aandacht voor een intensieve persoonlijke begeleiding van de deelnemer.
