Proschoon is een schoonmaakbedrijf, maar dan net een beetje anders. Natuurlijk willen we dat onze klanten dik tevreden zijn. Dit is een samenwerkingsverband van zelfstandig opererende ondernemingen die werken volgens hetzelfde principe: mensen opleiden tot een vakman of vakvrouw. We kijken naar wat iemand kan en geven hem of haar passend werk. En dat sturen we steeds bij.
De financiële winst die Proschoon maakt, is belangrijk. Want we moeten onze medewerkers en al het materiaal wel kunnen betalen. Maar de échte winst zit voor ons in de ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers.
