Almost 1028 Register agency and huge number of non-register agency are working for our Emigrant people. But there is no comprehensive and organized and reliable job sites where they can advertise their jobs. This Job site will be most helpful for those Agency and emigrant people. This job site will help this sector in saving time, money, and reduce corruption. Every year almost 5 lacs people go abroad for job, most of them use services of the recruitment agency, media and 3rd party. It is widely reported that people become the victim of those company, they are losing their hard earning money and passport to this 3rd party. A large number of people are suffering due to unethical activities of some agencies. The facts remain almost all recruitment agencies are located in the capital city. They do not have sufficient manpower and other resources to recruit people from grassroots level. It is possible by establishing an appropriate secured comprehensive DEGITAL overseas job seeking system. The government of Bangladesh trying to establish digital system in every sector in order to increase efficiency, and to reduce corruptions and humiliations of the people. Despite massive improvement in the ICT sector, we have identified this area where no effective intervention has yet been taken up. That is providing complete and correct information to the people those who are interested to go for overseas job. To full fill this gap we have designed a web site called Probashijobs.com. The main purpose of the website Probashijobs.com is to build a bridge between emigrant and recruitment agencies and remove existing communication gap at present system. This website will also be connected with other countries digital recruitment system in order to create a wide network worldwide. It will create huge opportunities for the overseas jobseekers. This initiatives (creating Probashijobs.com) is also matched with the vision of our Honorable Prime Minister and her ICT advisor to create a digital Bangladesh. It will increase employment opportunity, This project will also help government to achieve the target of earning 5 Billion $USD within 2021, which will eventually contribute to increase our GDP of the country.
