Proconceptious staat voor "Pro" "Conceptious", "but in a healthy and conscious way". Dus: voor conceptie, maar op een bewuste en gezonde manier.
Waarom staan wij hiervoor?
Wij geloven sterk dat elke vrouw, en in feite elke persoon, het recht en de middelen moet hebben om volledig geïnformeerd te zijn over hun lichaam en hun gezondheid. Want elk kind dat in deze wereld wordt geboren, zou een bewuste keuze moeten zijn, niet een onverwacht resultaat van onvoldoende informatie.
Proconceptious is ontstaan vanuit de visie om een gezondere toekomst te creëren door huidige generaties te voorzien van de beste anticonceptie- en preconceptiezorg.
Wij geloven dat investeren in gezondere generaties de zorg betaalbaar en toegankelijk houdt, het socio-economische groei bevordert, het bijdraagt aan de Sustainable Development Goals, en uiteindelijk leidt tot een betere wereld voor íédereen.
Momenteel is anticonceptie- en preconceptiezorg ineffeciënt, passief, versplinterd oftewel onbekend. Proconceptious’ missie is daarom deze zorg compleet te transformeren en digitaliseren met proactieve screening, educatie, consultatie en passende interventies.
