Profactaplan provides project controls services, specialising in project planning, in the engineering project management environment. Our vision is for project success to be the norm, not the exception, and we work hard to increase the quality of project controls in the field. Project schedule audits, team audits and/or department audits ensure project controls of international standards can be achieved and especially ensures credibility of schedules for dispute/claim situations.
