The mission of Progility consultancy is to help Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies :
a) Build new Go-to-Market strategy/model for new market entries
b) Assess their existing Go-to-Market strategy/model and provide recommendations to strengthen the model
Progility also helps the distribution arm of FMCG companies (the sales and distribution companies) to have the right capabilities across all operational areas (Organization, Finance, Logistics, Sales, etc) to become the SPOC (Service Provider of Choice) for target FMCG companies.
We do this via embracing the "Progility" concept, combining both "Proactivity" and "Agility". We can help companies to be "Proactive". We can also help companies to become "Agile" and guide them navigating through the emerging challenges as they happen.
However, in the current VUCA world, Proactivity comes at cost, and Agility is not fast enough anymore. Winners need to be "Proactively Agile" by forecasting the changes that will impact the future and being ready with plans to address and leverage those changes so that Agility becomes much faster and delivering a true and impactful "first mover advantage"
