The ANR EUBUPRO programme (23-CE53-0004) is a research programme led by Pr. Dr. Loïc Levoyer at the University of Poitiers, aimed at analysing the relevance of the system for protecting the financial interests and budget of the European Union.
In light of the recent operationalization of the European Public Prosecutor's Office and the questioning of the rule of law by certain Member States, the ANR EUBUPRO programme examines the relevance of the model for protecting the Union's financial interests, both as its own object of study and as an element of EU governance, as well as an instrument for protecting fundamental rights within the Member States.
The ANR EUBUPRO programme brings together three teams of researchers from three universities and their associated laboratories: the University of Poitiers and the Institut de Droit Public (IDP EA 14145); the University of Aix-Marseille and the Centre d'Etudes et de Recherche Internationales et Communautaires (CERIC EA 1965); and the University of Tours and the Institut de Recherche Juridique Interdisciplinaire François-Rabelais (IRJI EA 7496)
