Our co-founders are united by a passion for impact through education, and have all previously launched successful companies in the Middle East:
Patrick directed the White House Business Council, where he helped managed President Obama’s relationships with CEOs and key business leaders. Prior to that, he worked as an entrepreneur in the education sector, and on strategy for Dubai Holding and the Executive Office of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid. He earned his BA from Georgetown, MBA from MIT Sloan, and MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
David founded two unique yet complementary companies by the age of 30 – MindSight (the precursor to Progressa, with Patrick) and Prose Solutions, the leading Middle East-founded content development consultancy. Since arriving to the UAE over 12 years ago, he has worked with hundreds of top private and public sector organizations. He earned his BSc from McGill.
Taufiq is the Director of Globesight, an emerging markets strategy company based in the UAE, and was a Visiting Fellow at the Dubai School of Government. He has worked with McKinsey & Company, where he focused on strategy and transformation projects in the public, private and social sectors, and with the United Nations. He earned his BA from Princeton and MPP from Harvard Kennedy School.
