Progressium is een zorginstelling die zich richt op het bieden van stabiliteit en structuur om zelfstandigheid te bevorderen bij onze cliënten. Wij richten ons op (jong)volwassenen/jeugdigen. Ook is er aandacht voor (jong)volwassenen en gezinnen met een interculturele achtergrond, met aandacht voor identiteit. Wij helpen mensen die vastlopen in het leven, als gevolg de regie kwijtraken en zich daardoor moeilijk zelf kunnen redden. Dit vormt voor hen een grote belemmering bij het participeren in de maatschappij. Onze doelgroep bestaat uit de volgende mensen: Mensen met een verstandelijke beperking, een verslaving, gedragsproblemen en geestelijke gezondheidszorg. Wij bieden hen zorg op maat en 24 uurs begeleiding.
Wij geloven in herstel door middel van juiste en passende zorg. Net zoals een mozaïek, geloven wij dat ieder mens een kunstwerk is. Hiervoor is geduld en geleidelijke progressie benodigd. Indien ieder stuk van dit kunstwerk zorgvuldig wordt geplaatst en er het juiste licht op wordt geschenen, ontstaat er een uniek en prachtig geheel. Dit is ook de wijze waarop wij onze zorg aanbieden en waarom ons logo tot stand is gekomen in de vorm van een mozaïek.
