India is calling, and its youth is the answer. Billion Problems, One Youth is not just a movement—it's a revolution to unite youth, city by city, with the power of youth at the forefront. Let’s build a future where entrepreneurs are the new heroes of this nation. Where every city becomes a hub of innovation, and every one of us plays a role in making India a global superpower.
Our Model:
YAI Collaborative Hubs
YAI Collaborative Hubs are a network of city-based "problem-solving ecosystems" where young Indians unite to address and tackle the pressing challenges in their communities through collaborative innovation and action.
Organizational Structure:
City Hubs
Each city has a dedicated YAI Collaborative Hub, led by a “City Leader” (Leader of City) who acts as a local coordinator. The City Leader is responsible for gathering young, passionate individuals, overseeing projects, and facilitating collaboration among them.
Thematic Task Forces
Each Hub is divided into Thematic Task Forces, which focus on specific areas such as:
Environment and Sustainability
Public Health and Wellness
Economic Development and Livelihood
Education and Skill Development
Urban Planning and Infrastructure
Gender Equality and Social Justice
Task Forces research the main issues in their focus area and brainstorm solutions that address the root causes. The task forces also collaborate with local government bodies, NGOs, and community leaders.
Monthly ‘Impact Sessions’
Every month, each hub hosts an Impact Session where teams present their problem statements and potential solutions to a panel of mentors, local experts, and stakeholders. These sessions encourage critical feedback, collaboration, and support for project ideas with the potential for real impact.
National Solution Summit
Every quarter, representatives from each city gather at a Solution Summit to present their projects, share learnings, and exchange best practices. T
