Project Mercury is a community designed for technology companies that specialize in providing support to other businesses. Our members include managed service providers (MSPs), technology service providers (TSPs), e-commerce companies, software developers, artificial intelligence coders, telephony vendors, and many more.
Our mission is to help business owners grow their companies, increase their value, and prepare for future opportunities. We focus on ten key areas called the Drivers of Enterprise Value, which include things like building strong leadership teams, improving financial reporting, managing legal risks, and enhancing brand reputation.
We host in-person strategic retreats three times a year, allowing members to choose the cities and dates that work best for them. Each month, we also hold three Zoom meetings focused on education. These sessions explore the Drivers of Enterprise Value and are recorded so members can access them later in our Learning Management System, which already features 30+ courses. In addition, we hold a monthly networking Zoom meeting to help members connect and build relationships.
When the time comes for members to sell their businesses, we provide support every step of the way. We offer valuations, connect them with private equity partners, and guide them through the process to ensure the best possible outcomes.
